As a solo cleaner, I provide a thorough Deep Cleaning Service to refresh your home from top to bottom. Here’s what’s included:

• Furniture – Hand-wipe tops, faces, and sides. Small, movable items will be shifted to clean the full surface. (Large amounts of clutter will not be moved.)
• Decor & Shelves – Dust decorations, knick-knacks, and picture frames.
• Light Fixtures & Ceiling Fans – Hand-wash or wipe within a 3-step ladder reach; higher fixtures are dusted with a 6ft extended duster.
• Doors & Door Frames – Hand-wash or wipe for a fresh look.
• Baseboards & Window Sills – Hand-wash or wipe for a detailed clean.
• Blinds – Wide wood blinds and shutters vacuumed within reach; fragile plastic or metal blinds dusted.
• Air Vents – Vacuum and hand-wipe for dust removal.
• Switches – Hand-wipe all light switches.
• Cobweb Removal – Remove reachable cobwebs with a 6ft extended duster.
• Floors & Stairs – Vacuum carpets and rugs, vacuum and mop hard floors, wipe stair handrails and banisters.
• Trash Management – Empty trash cans and replace liners (trash bags must be provided; no large trash removal or diaper disposal).
• Light Straightening – Fold blankets, arrange pillows, and place remotes neatly (no organizing or moving personal items).
• Laundry Room – Dust washer and dryer, spot-wipe tops and fronts as needed.
• Master Closet – Vacuum or mop the floor if accessible.
• TV & Electronics – Dust TV frames and backs (if reachable); dry-dust other electronics (no wet wiping of screens or monitors).

As a solo cleaner, I provide a detailed deep clean to refresh your kitchen and leave it spotless. Here’s what’s included:

• Cabinets & Drawers – Hand-wash fronts within a 3-step ladder reach.
• Backsplash – Hand-wash to remove grease and buildup.
• Countertops – Wipe and sanitize all countertops, carefully moving small items when possible.
• Countertop Items – Dust small items and wipe the tops of larger appliances like the toaster, toaster oven, and mixer.
• Appliances – Clean and polish the exterior of built-in appliances, including the hood, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The inside of the microwave and the top of the fridge (if reachable) are also cleaned.
• Stove – Scrub and deep clean the stovetop.
• Sink & Faucet – Scrub and sanitize for a sparkling finish.
• Floors – Vacuum all carpets and rugs, then vacuum and mop all bare floors.
• Finishing Touches – Wipe down bar stools or kitchen chairs, dust kitchen decorations, and clean hanging lights (hand-wiped if reachable, dusted otherwise). Empty trash cans, replace liners, wipe down trash can exteriors, and neatly fold kitchen towels.

Note: Cleaning inside appliances (oven, refrigerator, freezer) is available as an add-on service for an additional charge.

• Cabinets & Drawers – Hand-wash fronts within a 3-step ladder reach.
• Mirrors – Clean and buff all reachable mirrors.
• Countertops – Wipe and sanitize countertops, carefully moving small items when possible (large clutter will not be moved).
• Countertop Items – Dust small items for a polished look.
• Sink & Faucet – Scrub, clean, and sanitize for a fresh, streak-free shine.
• Bathtub & Shower – Deep clean and sanitize to remove soap scum and buildup.
• Toilet – Fully clean and sanitize inside and out.
• Floors – Vacuum all carpets and rugs, then vacuum and mop all hard floors.
• Finishing Touches – Hand-wipe bathroom lights, toilet paper holders, towel racks, and shelves (if reachable within a 3-step ladder reach; otherwise dusted). Dust decorations, empty trash cans, replace liners, wipe trash can exteriors, and neatly fold bathroom towels.

• Blinds & Shutters – Hand-washed for a fresh, dust-free finish.
• Window Tracks – Hand-cleaned or steam-cleaned for heavy buildup.
• Interior Windows – Cleaned if reachable with a 3-step ladder.
• Inside Appliances – Oven, refrigerator, and freezer cleaning available as an add-on.
• Furniture Care – Cleaned with Murphy Oil Soap and treated with Old English Oil Wood Conditioner upon request.
• Glass Doors – Sliding, storm, patio, or interior French doors cleaned for a streak-free shine.
• Bed Maintenance – Bed making and sheet changes available.
• Furniture Vacuuming – Upholstered furniture vacuumed to remove dust and debris.
• Wall Dusting – Light dusting of walls for a refreshed look.
